Our audience is loyal, education-driven, and excited to learn new techniques for customer experience and customer support. We make a big deal out of our sponsors throughout the year \ so we can ensure they get the attention they need from our attendees to start building long-term relationships with their new customers. We only partner with companies that we can rely on to create products our attendees can use to improve their jobs. This is your time to shine, not just sell!

Putting your name on ElevateCX does more than just prove your commitment to our community, it gets your logo and website in front of thousands of CX leaders monthly. We make sure our sponsors are mentioned often in our emails, Slack updates, and throughout the video content we create. 

At our events and in our online spaces, sponsors are an integral part of a very focused and passionate community. We make sure that they are present, engaged, and relational with our community members in the months leading up to our event and after so they can really invest in what the CX community needs.

Our podcast is hosted by a revolving cast of ElevateCX members, including Sarah Hatter, Colin Flanigan, Matt Dale, Ashley Hayslett, Erica Clayton, Stephanie Lundburg, and Mat Patterson. We record fun, conversational sessions semi-frequently, at least once per month.

Our Masterclass program runs live every other Friday. We bring in experts to deep-dive on newsworthy CX trends, share wisdom, and mentor community members through topics. We host social meetups quarterly throughout the US and UK.

We host at least 2 annual events for up to 200 CX leaders. All sponsors receive time on stage, a table in the main room at our event, tickets for their team, a discount code for additional tickets, and visibility across our website and social streams for 6 months.
