There’s more to customer support than just answering an email really fast, and ElevateCX is where people who take customer experience seriously can find deep, engaging education that they can use to train their teams. Our attendees are CX practitioners, managers, team leads, and others who are on the front lines of customer experience each day.

We'll bring inspiring talks, engaging workshops, and networking opportunities to motivate and connect you. Our flagship event started as a platform of peer-to-peer learning for those working in customer experience. Our first event was in 2012 in San Francisco, and since then we’ve produced over 40 events all over the world and showcased over 300 speakers on stage from companies like Google, Atlassian, Slack, Zendesk, as well as smaller software companies and universities.
Not only do we bring experts to the stage to teach and train, but we’ve always focused on building a rewarding and long-lasting community for our attendees. Most of our audience has been to 3 or more of our events, and many past speakers return again as attendees and develop authentic relationships. We carefully plan a lot of social time so you can meet speakers, network a bit, or go take a nap without missing a good talk. (We’ve thought about everything!)
Most of our attendees are Customer Support Managers, Directors of CX, Heads of Support, Customer Advocates, and even QA and Documentation Specialists. You’ll be in good company!
Doors open at 9am, talks begin at 10am sharp. A full lunch will be served, and talks will wrap around 4pm.
Directly after talks, we’ll head next door for a private happy hour sponsored by Intercom.
Our vibrant community of CX leaders come together in Slack to discuss industry trends, get help and advice, share resources, and post job listings. (We also have channels to talk about books and TV, if you're looking for some distraction!) While our sponsor partners are also present in these discussions, we promise you'll never be sold to or have your info used without your ok.
ElevateCX is an intimate, authentic, and relational event focusing on short, consumable talks and lots of social time. You can expect TED-style talks covering a range of tactical topics for CX team leaders as well as some that focus on “soft skills” needed for people managers.

We have a number of talks lined up and will be announcing speakers March 1, but do know we've curated a good group of CX experts from DTC, B2B, and SaaS companies to cover a wide range of customer experience wisdom.
ElevateCX events are exceptionally casual events by design. We want you to feel comfortable and present all day and not distracted by stuffy suits or dress shoes. Feel free to wear what makes you feel most comfortable.
