ElevateCX brings together 200 customer experience leaders for two full days of education, community, and perfectly planned events.
Our attendees are leaders and decision makers in their field and are seeking education and direction from their peers. They are also always seeking new tools to use with their team long-term.The typical attendee is a 5+ year veteran of CX and works at a high growth startup or mid-market company. Attendees are distributed across tech, ecommerce, healthcare, and event government industries. Job titles we often see for attendees are Heads of Support, CX Manager, VP of CX, and Directors of CX. We have an 85% return rate per company per year, and typically see companies send their entire team to each event we host.

It’s very easy to show up at a trade show, stand around in a booth, collect some business cards and call it a day. But that’s not what Elevate is about.We encourage all our sponsors to really take advantage of our social time, to be creative with their tables and swag, and to reach out to our attendees in advance to get the conversation started. Want to host our concierge booth? Sure thing! Want to bring donuts or coffee or puppies? Why not! Want to host a banging offsite karaoke party? Go for it!

We produce two events per calendar year. ElevateWomen will be held in Austin, TX April 26 & 27, 2024, and our next large ElevateCX event will be in Denver Co, September 26 & 27, 2024.
We also offer a $2k discount on annual sponsorships. Our community sponsorships also offer a way to get invested in our community.
