Hillary is the Director of CX at Guru where she leads the Customer Success and Customer Support teams. Hillary is a "user empowerer" and enjoys propelling teams forward through fostered collaboration, transparent communication, data clarity, and lots of cold brew coffee.
Sarah started the ElevateCX Community way back in 2012, to provide education, networking, and career development for her fellow #cx enthusiasts. She is the founder and CEO of CoSupport, a customer experience consulting agency.
